  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! We were supposed to close on our new home today, but thanks to the gross incompetence and blatant dishonesty of lender BOBBY CLOUD that is no longer happening. Our loan was approved and finalized, our buyers loan was approved and finalized, her buyers loan was approved and finalized. . .or so we all thought. Despite being told by Bobby Cloud that everything was good to go, it was not. The buyers paperwork sat on an underwriters desk for 2 weeks due to the holiday (information Bobby Cloud was privy to but chose not to share) and when it was finally reviewed it was discovered that the income had been misrepresented (by Bobby Cloud) and the loan was, in fact, not approved. . .this came to light on Tuesday (3 days prior to closing). During that time interested parties were told (by Bobby Cloud) that everything was approved and so the closings were scheduled. . .a blatant LIE. At best our move has been delayed for a minimum of 2 weeks while this is all sorted out. At worst we will lose our new home if the sellers decide against waiting this fiasco out. I have already begun the process of lodging complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the pertinent regulatory agencies here in Texas and nationally. Bobby Cloud's superior has been contacted in the hopes that this saves others the stress and heartache that all of us our currently enduring as a result of Bobby Cloud's poor business ethics.
