- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The worst post office in this country. They lose the mail all the time, management is beyond horrible, staff is lazy and rude. They have lost my mail several times, including packages and sensitive documents. They never answer the phone and if you drive by their office is an absolute waste of your time. Nobody is responsible for your mail and they don't care at all. The USPS in not part of the government, this is an independent agency. I wish we (all unsatisfied, mistreated and unhappy customers) could unite and file a class c suit against them or at least a formal complaint. Someone has to do something about this and stop these people to continue doing these things to all of us (''losing" or stealing? our mail) The people that work at this office should be fired. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I went here for the simple task of mailing a letter. I spent 10 minutes giving the employee all my info including the name of my first born child only to find out from him that I cannot use my own UPS account number, just his store's account number. He told me to go find a UPS dropbox and get a waybill and fill it out there, that he did not carry them. Unbelievable. I left and finally found a UPS dropbox and guess what, no supplies were in it. What a GD joke. I hope Amazon direct shipping puts UPS and this franchisee out of business.By paraxis99, August 09, 2017
