- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I went here for the simple task of mailing a letter. I spent 10 minutes giving the employee all my info including the name of my first born child only to find out from him that I cannot use my own UPS account number, just his store's account number. He told me to go find a UPS dropbox and get a waybill and fill it out there, that he did not carry them. Unbelievable. I left and finally found a UPS dropbox and guess what, no supplies were in it. What a GD joke. I hope Amazon direct shipping puts UPS and this franchisee out of business.By paraxis99, August 09, 2017
